For CIC resident screening accounts, there is an additional one-time setup fee that covers the onsite physical inspection required of all businesses by Experian and TransUnion in order to have direct access to consumer credit reports 24/7. The cost for the inspection is $54 if you conduct it yourself, and $90 if CIC completes the process for you. ApplyConnect does not have any setup or onsite inspection fees.
