The Regulatory Matrix is another recent enhancement that helps make your applicants’ reports safer to use in your decision. When you enter the Property Zip Code while inviting your applicants, their reports will automatically be updated based on local laws. If your property is located in an area with guidelines on what information is safe to use in your decision, then ApplyConnect will use the zip code to comply with that area’s laws so you can rest easy basing your decision on safe-to-use data.
