Easy Ways to Connect with your Lead List over the Holidays

SHARE:

As a real estate agent, the holidays can be especially tough as you work on filling your listings while simultaneously battling that pre-holiday work slump. As it gets closer to Christmas, to-do list items can easily slip through the cracks and it can be more difficult to market yourself to previous clients as the holiday gets closer. To make sure you stay memorable to your clients come 2017, take advantage of these easy and inexpensive ways to connect with your lead list over the holidays.

While plenty of real estate agents utilize physical holiday greeting cards, time is ticking. You have plenty to do before you start your own holiday vacation and designing, printing, or paying for greeting cards can not only take up valuable time, but costly. You don’t want your holiday greeting cards to miss your clients either (as they also might be out on vacation).

Digital greeting cards or videos are one of the easiest and most inexpensive ways to stay memorable to your clients over the holidays. Christmas or holiday videos like these two creators from Fivver, videofavour and Emiclarke, range from $5-10 to produce and can be easily sent over to your clients via email. If you want to send a funny video to your clients, JibJab allows you to paste in you (and your team’s) face into an interactive holiday e-card. Digital cards and videos like these enable you to not only use them for email purposes, but your social media channels as well! Within your client emails or social media posts, include a call to action button that will allow clients and interested parties to contact you about your 2017 listings. Whether this email button or link takes them to your website or directly to your email is up to you. Check out our holiday video below!

To encourage interaction with your lead list over the holidays, consider offering a free 2017 market forecast. This will allow clients to contact you directly, give you a read on their current property, and leave room to connect in the future. Everyone loves getting things for free, and you can easily capitalize on that this holiday season.

As the holidays get closer and closer, and your to-do list gets longer, take advantage of some of these easy and inexpensive ways to connect with your clients and leads. You’ll come back from your Christmas vacation rested and ready to market your properties to those pre-made 2017 connections.
