In the landlord and agent dashboard a new option will be available soon that offers a decision to be selected.  The options will be “Approved”, “Denied” and “Conditional”, which depending on the selection will generate an email response that is editable and with a simple click is sent to the applicant. In the case an applicant is denied, the letter they receive will include legally approved language and the FCRA Summary of Rights that helps protect the decision maker should the applicant become disgruntled. If a conditional response is selected the landlord or agent will have the ability to specify additional requirements (ex. Co-signer or higher security deposit) the applicant must satisfy in order to be granted approval for the rental.

This new enhancement is following the recent change to have reports automatically shared the moment a renter finalizes payment.  When the tenant screening report becomes available to the applicant it will simultaneously be ready to view by the requesting party.
